Welcome to queencitystay.com, operated by Danielson Properties LLC ("Queen City Stay," "we," "us"), 22 Park St, Burlington, VT 05401. By using this website or booking a stay with us, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and Payment

Reservations made through this site are subject to the rates, dates, fees, taxes, and cancellation terms shown at the time of booking and in your booking confirmation. Payment is processed by secure third-party payment processors. Applicable Vermont and local lodging taxes are collected as required by law.

Your Stay

Guests agree to follow the house rules provided in the rental agreement and arrival information for their unit, including occupancy limits, quiet hours, and care of the property. The person booking must be an adult and is responsible for their party. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged as described in the rental agreement.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change terms are stated at the time of booking and in your confirmation; those terms control for your reservation. If we must cancel a reservation for reasons within our control, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled stay.

Website Use

Site content, including photos and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission. We work to keep information on the site accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free; property details and availability may change.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
