Natural light fills the space throughout the day, and a cross breeze keeps things comfortable in warmer months — a rare find in Burlington.
Church Street Marketplace is a five-minute walk, putting Burlington's best dining, shopping, and live music right at your doorstep. The Burlington bike path, waterfront, and local beaches are just downhill, with paddleboarding, sailing, and lake swimming all within easy reach. The Saturday farmers market at City Hall Park is a short stroll away.
Inside, the apartment is well equipped for a comfortable stay — fully stocked kitchen, high-speed internet (300+ Mbps), and separate living and dining areas that give families and groups room to spread out.
Step outside to a shared backyard with a gas grill, outdoor seating, a hammock strung between a large tree and the pergola, and a garden with herb and vegetable beds — raised beds of strawberries, tomatoes, and peppers, young peach and apple trees, rhubarb, and hydrangeas along the fence — a quiet green retreat for easy evenings after a day of exploring. When you're ready to venture further, the Green Mountains, hiking trails, and ski resorts are under an hour away.
A genuine home base in one of Burlington's best locations — ideal for families, remote workers, or anyone who wants the city and the outdoors in equal measure. Burlington International Airport (BTV) is about an 11-minute drive away.
Please note: The Loft is on the third floor, at the top of the house, reached by an interior staircase — there's no elevator. The driveway from Park Street is steep; take care with low-clearance vehicles.
Security & Privacy: An exterior security camera monitors the parking area and is always active for guest and property safety. There are no recording devices inside the unit or in any area where a guest has a reasonable expectation of privacy.

I'm a Skidmore College graduate with a background in fine art. I love creating and sharing thoughtful spaces, and much of my time is spent with my young child—decorating, building dinosaur worlds, and searching for bugs in the great outdoors. Hosting gives me a chance to connect with others and offer a welcoming home base for exploring Burlington and beyond.
