The cottage sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner, and the centrally ducted heating and A/C keeps things comfortable year-round regardless of Vermont's seasons.
Downtown Burlington, Church Street, and the waterfront are a short drive away for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Outside, a round picnic table with an umbrella offers a spot for outdoor meals, with a gas grill available in the grass area below the oak tree near the cottages. Whether you're here to hike the park trails, spend a day at the beach, or simply unwind in a quiet, modern space, this cottage offers a genuinely peaceful Burlington base. Burlington International Airport (BTV) is about a 17-minute drive away.
Security & Privacy: Exterior cameras monitor the driveway and parking area and are always active. There are no recording devices inside the unit or in any area where a guest has a reasonable expectation of privacy.

I'm a Skidmore College graduate with a background in fine art. I love creating and sharing thoughtful spaces, and much of my time is spent with my young child—decorating, building dinosaur worlds, and searching for bugs in the great outdoors. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
