Where are Queen City Stay’s properties located?

Our rentals are in Burlington, Vermont. Our cottages and four-bedroom bungalow are near Ethan Allen Park on Ethan Allen Parkway, and our mid-term apartment is on Park Street, close to downtown.

How far is Burlington International Airport (BTV)?

It’s very close. The airport is about an 11-minute drive from our Park Street apartments and roughly 17 minutes from our Ethan Allen Parkway properties.

What types of properties do you offer?

We offer newly built cottages, a spacious four-bedroom bungalow that sleeps eight, and apartments. You can rent individual cottages or combine properties for larger groups — for example, our Apt. 3 and Apt. 4 can be combined to accommodate larger groups.

Are pets allowed?

Our Park Street mid-term apartment (Apt. 1) is pet-friendly. Our other properties are not pet-friendly. Please ask us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.

Do you offer monthly or mid-term stays?

Yes, but only at our Park Street apartment (Apt. 1), which offers mid-term stays with a minimum of 30 nights — ideal for relocations, traveling professionals, and extended visits. Our other apartments, Apt. 3 and Apt. 4 (including the combined Apt. 3 & 4), are available for short-term stays only.

Can I book directly instead of through Airbnb or Vrbo?

Absolutely, and we encourage it. Booking directly through queencitystay.com helps you avoid extra platform fees.

What amenities are included?

All of our properties feature full kitchens and central air conditioning, along with comfortable, home-like furnishings. Outdoor spaces include gas grills, shared yard and garden areas, and patio or porch seating depending on the property.

What’s the best time of year to visit Burlington?

It depends on what you love. Summer is ideal for Lake Champlain and festivals, fall offers spectacular foliage (peak is usually early-to-mid October), and winter is perfect for skiing at nearby resorts like Bolton Valley, Stowe, Smugglers’ Notch, Mad River Glen, and Sugarbush.

Is parking available?

Yes. Dedicated off-street parking is available at both our 90 Ethan Allen Parkway and 22 Park Street locations. If you have questions about parking for a specific property, just reach out.
