This 1930 bungalow-style home combines original character with updated comforts, sitting directly across from Ethan Allen Park — scenic walking trails, picnic areas, and a historic stone lookout tower with panoramic views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks right outside your door. North Avenue beaches are a short bike ride or drive away for swimming, paddleboarding, or an afternoon on the lake.
Spread across two levels, the home sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Period details run throughout, with a gas fireplace in the living room as the natural centerpiece for evenings in. The kitchen is well equipped for full meals, and a private porch with a swing and seating for four is ideal for morning coffee or winding down at the end of the day.
Reliable heating and cooling keep the home comfortable year-round. Downtown Burlington, Church Street, and the waterfront are a short drive away for dining, shopping, and entertainment, and Burlington International Airport (BTV) is about a 17-minute drive — making arrivals and departures easy.

Security & Privacy: Exterior cameras monitor the driveway and parking area and are always active. There are no recording devices inside the unit or in any area where a guest has a reasonable expectation of privacy.

I'm a Skidmore College graduate with a background in fine art. I love creating and sharing thoughtful spaces, and much of my time is spent with my young child—decorating, building dinosaur worlds, and searching for bugs in the great outdoors.
