5 Bedrooms • 2 Bathrooms 2 Baths • Sleeps 7-10Two fully equipped apartments, one above the other, connected by an internal building staircase — giving your group the feel of a private townhouse with the flexibility of two separate units. Together they sleep up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, two kitchens, and multiple living and dining areas, all on scenic Battery Park in downtown Burlington.
Apt. 4 sits upstairs with east-west exposures, natural light throughout the day, and a larger dining table that seats up to 10 — ideal for shared meals and celebrations. Apt. 3 is directly below with its own kitchen, living area, and a more intimate dining space. Each unit has a private bathroom, high-speed internet (300+ Mbps), and fully equipped kitchen, giving groups the privacy to spread out while staying connected.
Step outside to a shared backyard with a gas grill, a gas fire table with seating, a hammock strung between a large tree and the pergola, and a garden with herb and vegetable beds, young peach and apple trees, rhubarb, and hydrangeas along the fence — perfect for evening gatherings after a day on the lake or exploring the city.
The location is hard to beat. Battery Park is right outside your door with summer concerts and July 3rd fireworks over Lake Champlain. Church Street Marketplace is a five-minute walk for dining, shopping, and live music. The Burlington bike path, local beaches, and waterfront are just downhill. Ski resorts and hiking trails in the Green Mountains are under an hour away.
Ideal for extended families, wedding parties, or groups of friends who want to travel together without living on top of each other. Burlington International Airport (BTV) is about an 11-minute drive away.
Five bedrooms in one downtown location make this an easy choice for groups who want to be in the heart of Burlington. It's well suited to family reunions, wedding-party accommodations, bachelorette weekends, and graduation celebrations at the University of Vermont (UVM), Champlain College, and Saint Michael's College — with Church Street, the waterfront, and the city's restaurants all within walking distance, exactly where your group will want to gather. These weekends book early, so reserving ahead is recommended.
Security & Privacy: An exterior security camera monitors the parking area and is always active for guest and property safety. There are no recording devices inside the unit or in any area where a guest has a reasonable expectation of privacy.

About the Owner
I'm a Skidmore College graduate with a background in fine art. I love creating and sharing thoughtful spaces, and much of my time is spent with my young child—decorating, building dinosaur worlds, and searching for bugs in the great outdoors. Hosting gives me a chance to connect with others and offer a welcoming home base for exploring Burlington and beyond.
